SHIPPING POLICY
Free USA shipping, no order minimum. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day, Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays. We do not ship on weekends. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Onkija accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product for a full refund within 15 days of original purchase. Items received after 15 days will be refunded via store credit. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for return at info@onkija.com.
